【Abstract in Chinese】 本文以分布于我区阿拉善盟的驼蹄瓣属(Zygophyllum L.)植物及其近缘种霸王(S.xanthoxylon Bunge)为研究对象,从地理分布、形态结构特征、花粉形态特征及RAPD多样性等几个方面对其进行研究,通过对现有分布区的调查和实验研究表明:结合形态特征及解剖结构研究表明:7种驼蹄瓣及霸王在形态及结构上都具有抗旱特征,其形态、结构与其所处的环境是相互协调统一的。对7种驼蹄瓣及霸王的18个形态、结构性状指标进行了因子分析,结果表明:前三个因子代表了94%的变异,几乎可以概括全部的变异,营养器官结构特征的贡献率较大,而遗传变异保守性很高的花粉的形态特征指标所起的贡献甚微。RAPD研究结果如下:16个随机引物共检测到不同分子量的125个RAPD标记,其中99条表现出多态性,占总数的79.20%;7种驼蹄瓣的PPB%多态位点比例介于43.2%—68.0%之间,Nei’s(h)基因多样度指数介于0.1693—0.2541之间, Shannon’s (I)信息多样性指数介于0.2488—0.3798之间,表现出较高的遗传多样性水平。霸王的PPB为70.4%, h为0.2570,I为0.4011,均高于驼蹄瓣属各个种,表现出更为丰富的遗传多样性;基于Nei(1972)的聚类结果表明,7种驼蹄瓣属植物大致可分为3组。研究结果表明霸王与7种驼蹄瓣在形态上存在着明显的区别,而且RAPD分析结果表明:霸王与7种驼蹄瓣间的遗传距离系数较大,介于0.2835-0.4151之间,在亲缘关系聚类图上霸王被聚在聚类图的最外缘,单独聚为一类。因此支持中国植物志的系统分类方式,将霸王从驼蹄瓣属中独立出来,并建立霸王属。
【Abstract】 In order to research the Zygophyllum L plant and its close-kinds in ALXA on geographical distribution, structural characteristic of shape , pollen shape characteristic and hereditary variety . Through the survey of there is distributing area nowing and experiment research, the results are as follows. Combining the shape characteristic and dissecting structural research indicates: 7 kinds of Zygophyllum L.one and S.xanthoxylon Bunge have the character of fighting drought on shape and structure, which is to coordinate the environment each other. Have analyzed eighteen shapes and structural properties of 7 kinds of Zygophyllum L. S.xanthoxylon Bunge and, The analysis results show: The first three factors represent variation of 94 percent, which can nearly represent all variation .Nutrition-organ structural characters contribute the rate relatively heavy, and the pollen whose Genetic variation guard very high contribution-index is very little .RAPD results of study are as follows: 16 guide-thing at random measures get 125 RAPD marks of different molecular weight. 99 (79.2%) of which were polymorphic. The proportion of PPB diverstity location about the seven kinds of Zygophyllum L. between 43.2percnt and 68 percent . The index of Nei’s gene varied degrees between 0.1693 and 0.2541.The index of Shannon’s information diversity between 0.2488 and 0.3798.That shows high genetic diversity levels. The PPB、h and I of S.xanthoxylon Bunge are70.4%, 0.2570 and 0.4011 respectively, which all above the kinds of Zygophyllum L. .That shows more rich genetic diversity. Based on the result of Nei’s cluster seven Zygophyllum L. plant can divide three groups in roughly.The result of study indicates the S.xanthoxylon Bunge and seven kinds of Zygophyllum L. have obvious differences on the shape. The RAPD analysis results indicate: The heredity among the S.xanthoxylon Bunge and seven kinds of Zygophyllum L. is relatively great, which lies between 0.2835-0.4151.the S.xanthoxylon Bunge is gathered in the most outer fringe in the cluster’s picture of the blood reason relation, which is gathered alone. So I support the decision of the Flora of China which Separate the S.xanthoxylon Bunge from Zygophyllum L. and set up Sarcozygium Bunge belongs.
