【Abstract in Chinese】 宁夏目前已进入全域旅游的发展时期,作为国家第二个全域旅游示范区的宁夏,正举大力发展旅游业。国家《“十三五”旅游业发展规划》提出建设特色沙漠旅游目的地,由此对宁夏沙漠旅游景区的建设与发展有了新的指导。提升宁夏沙漠旅游景区竞争力将为宁夏沙漠旅游的建设和宁夏国际旅游目的地的实现奠定坚实的基础。宁夏境内的沙漠旅游资源丰富,具有较高的景观特质,为沙漠旅游的开发提供了丰富的条件,多个A级沙漠旅游景区随之而生。沙漠旅游作为宁夏旅游的特色支柱项目之一,也受到更多青睐,沙漠旅游景区之间的竞争更加激烈。本文从旅游资源条件、旅游市场能力、旅游发展潜力、旅游环境质量四方面构建沙漠旅游景区竞争力指标体系,对宁夏8个主要沙漠旅游景区进行竞争力评价分析;从旅游景区资源条件、旅游景区支持要素、区域旅游与经济发展、区域交通与环境四方面构建省区间沙漠旅游综合竞争力评价指标体系,对宁夏及内蒙古、甘肃、青海、新疆四省区沙漠旅游整体竞争力进行横向比较分析,通过宁夏区内沙漠旅游景区竞争力及宁夏与其他省区间沙漠旅游竞争力的评价结果提出提升宁夏沙漠旅游景区竞争力的策略,目的在于探索沙漠旅游景区竞争力的应用理论体系,以促进各沙漠旅游景区的发展,增强宁夏沙漠旅游整体竞争力。通过本文研究,得出以下结论:(1)借鉴参考国内外沙漠旅游景区概念,将沙漠旅游景区定义为:在分布有沙漠的地带(或边缘地带),以沙漠自然资源为载体,以沙漠与水体、草原、动植物、湿地等自然资源的任意组合及当地特色人文资源为主要旅游资源,可供游客参与沙漠旅游活动,满足游客游览观光、审美体验、康体休闲的旅游需求的特定的区域或场所。(2)结合宁夏沙漠旅游发展及沙漠景区的实际情况及特点,通过对8个宁夏主要沙漠旅游景区的竞争力评价,得出沙坡头、沙湖景区在旅游资源条件、客源市场、发展潜力、环境质量及综合竞争力评价中均呈现较大优势,印证其旅游强势地位。黄沙古渡、金沙岛、通湖草原景区近几年发展势头都较为强劲,排名居中,发展具有潜力。排名靠后的哈巴湖、大海子、长流水三个景区处于弱势地位,竞争力并未很好凸显。认为宁夏沙漠旅游景区竞争力受景区资源品质、景区基础建设、景区人才支撑与管理、政策资金支持、旅游品牌建设的影响。(3)对宁夏8个主要沙漠旅游景区旅游综合竞争力进行聚类分析,根据聚类结果(树形图)把景区分为三类:优势型景区:沙湖、沙坡头;潜力型景区:黄沙古渡、腾格里沙漠湿地·金沙岛、通湖草原;弱势型景区:长流水、大海子、哈巴湖。(4)从省区角度出发,将宁夏沙漠旅游与沙漠景区分布较多的内蒙古、甘肃、青海、新疆四省区进行竞争力横向比较分析,得出五省区沙漠旅游竞争力排名情况:依次为内蒙古、新疆、甘肃、宁夏、青海。认为宁夏沙漠旅游整体综合竞争力在交通区位、景观特色、网民游客关注度上拥有较大优势。(5)从景区和省区角度提出提升宁夏沙漠旅游景区竞争力的对策建议。

【Abstract】 Ningxia has entered the period of development of global tourism,as the second tourism demonstration area in our country,is for the vigorous development of tourism.The"13th Five-Year"National Tourism Development Plan"proposed the construction of eight tourism destination,the desert tourism destination as one of the eight spetical tourism destination,the development of Ningxia desert tourism scenic spot has the new guidelines.The comprehensive development and construction of the Ningxia desert tourism destination,enhance the competitiveness of the Ningxia desert tourist attractions for the construction of desert tourism in Ningxia and Ningxia international tourism destination has laid a solid foundation.Ningxia is rich in desert tourism resources,with a high degree of landscape characteristics,for the development of desert tourism provides a wealth of conditions,a number of A-class desert scenic spots with the attendant.Desert tourism as one of the characteristics of the pillar project of Ningxia tourism,local tourism development and economic income have a strong role in promoting,so the more intense competition between the desert scenic spots.This paper constructs index system of the competitiveness of scenic desert tourism from four aspects:tourism resources,tourism market,tourism development potential,tourism environmental quality,competitiveness evaluation and Analysis on the 8 major scenic spots in Ningxia desert;construction of provincial scenic desert tourism competitiveness evaluation index system from the resources,tourist scenic spots and regional support elements tourism and economic development,the regional transportation and the environment four aspects,comparing the analysis of the overall competitiveness of Ningxia and Inner Mongolia,Gansu,Qinghai,Xinjiang four provinces desert tourism scenic area,through the evaluation of Ningxia inside and outside area of desert tourism competitiveness results put forward to improve the Ningxia desert tourism competitiveness strategy,aims to explore the theoretical system of application the desert scenic tourism competitiveness,to promote the development of the desert tourism scenic spot,Enhance the overall competitiveness of Ningxia desert tourism.Through this study,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Reference to domestic and foreign tourism scenic spot concept,that will be defined as:the desert resort is in the distribution zone(or edge),desert of natural resources as the carrier,to any combination of local characteristics and cultural resources of desert and grassland,water,animals and plants,wetlands and other natural resources as the main tourism resources,tourists can participate in the desert tourism activities,meet the specific region or place tourists sightseeing,leisure and sports aesthetic experience,tourism demand.(2)According to the actual situation and characteristics of the desert tourism development in desert scenic spots,selected desert tourism resources,tourism market,development potential,environmental quality four aspects of a total of 36 indicators to build the Ningxia desert tourism competitiveness evaluation index system.From the evaluation results of the competitiveness of Ningxia desert scenic spots,Shapotou,Shahu scenic spots showed great superiority in the evaluation of tourism resources,tourism market,development potential,environmental quality and the comprehensive competitiveness of tourism,confirms its strong position.Huangshagudu,Jinsha Island,Tonghu steppe in recent years are relatively strong momentum of development,the development potential of middle ranking.On the list,Haba Lake,Dahaizii and Changliushui three scenic spots in a disadvantaged position,competitiveness is not good highlights.It is concluded that the evaluation results of the competitiveness of Ningxia desert scenic spots are affected by the quality of scenic spot resources,the basic construction of scenic spots,the support and management of scenic spots and policy,financial support,tourism brand building.(3)Cluster analysis of the tourism competitiveness of Ningxia main desert tourist attractions,according to the results of clustering(tree diagram),the scenic spots can be divided into three categories:The advantage type:Shahu,Shapotou.The Potential type:Huangshagudu,Jinsha Island,Tonghu steppe.The Weak type:Changliushui,DaHaizi,Haba Lake.(4)Comparative analysis between Ningxia desert tourism area and Mongolia,Gansu,Qinghai,Xinjiang four provinces,the desert tourism competitiveness rankings,followed by Inner Mongolia,Xinjiang,Gansu,Ningxia,Qinghai.The overall competitive power of Ningxia desert tourism has great advantages in traffic location,landscape features and visitors’ attention.(5)Combined with the evaluation results of the competitiveness of Ningxia desert scenic spots,puts forward the measures and countermeasures to enhance the competitiveness of desert tourism from the perspective of the scenic and provincial spots two angles.
