Abstract:The general factors influencing the effect of acupuncture and the specific factors influencing the bidirectional regulating effect of acupuncture are analyzed and summed up on the basis of understanding that the bidirectional regulating effect of acupuncture is one of the forms of acupuncture effects.It is considered that the factors influencing the bidirectional regulating effect of acupuncture are omnifarious and multilevel.They can be summarized as three large aspects,that is,the mode of acupuncture action,the specificity of acupuncture point and bodily states or internal-external environments.
